AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Astan of the holy shrine of Hazrat Abdol Azim Hassani (AS) will hold special program on the demise anniversary of the great religious figure.
According to the public relations office of the Astan, the programs will be organized at the mausoleum of Hazrat Abdol Azim Tuesday through Friday.
They will include speeches, elegy recitations and Tawasheeh (religious and Quranic songs) performances.
There will also be a Quran recitation session at the mausoleum on Friday, with the participation of prominent Qaris.
Abdul Azim Hassani (AS), also known as Shah Abdol Azim, was a fifth generation descendant of Imam Hassan ibn Ali (AS) and a companion of Imam Muhammad Taqi (AS).
His holy shrine in Rey, south of the Iranian capital of Tehran, is a pilgrimage site that attracts millions of pilgrims from across Iran and other parts of the world every year.
